Look around.
Kitchen, dining, and living sit together under pine. The master suite is a king sleigh bed and a chair in the corner for sitting still. The prayer room is set apart for quiet, and shared laundry is available there—yours alone while you stay.

Kitchen
An induction cooktop, a full-size fridge, and a microwave you can also use as an air fryer or oven, with the pans and tools to cook a real meal. The island is butcher block. HIS and HERS mugs hang under the microwave.
Coffee and tea are already on the shelf: Keurig, drip, French press, a coffee bean grinder, and a Teavana infuser.

Great room
Living and dining together are more than 400 square feet. From the island you see the table, the sofa, and the bedroom doors. Pendant lights run down the middle.
A Fire TV for whatever you watch. Full Wi-Fi. A table set for four, where you can watch the deer at the same level as you dine. From the sofa you can watch TV and the deer at the same time through the dining room window. USB charging at the sofa lamp, so a phone can sit and fill while you rest.

Master suite
Private double doors, a room along by itself, more than 200 square feet. King sleigh bed and luxury bedding. A chair in the corner for a book, a psalm, or the last quiet of the day. A mirrored armoire, lamps at the bedside, and a private entrance from the master suite onto the porch.
Sleeps two. A single extra bed can be added if you ask. It is meant to usher you back into a simpler time, where the presence of God is not hard to find.

Prayer room
Two chairs, and the kind of quiet you come here for. Sit when you want the house to go still. Shared laundry is available in this room. It is yours for the stay. We will not run it while you are here.
God's presence and the woods meet here. This is the room set apart inside the house.

Bath
A full bath set aside for you. Pine walls, a stall shower, stacked towels, bear and antler details. The bath sits a few steps off the kitchen, and the porch doors are on that same wall.
Why this house was made
This space has been set aside for pastors, lay people, and anyone who needs a retreat to get away and replenish.
It has been Brenda and Dick's heart, and God's calling, to minister to the body of Christ and to love people the way He wants people to be loved. The peace here is hard to argue with. Come for rest. Come to ask for clarity. Come, when the time is right, for something deeper.
Outside this door
- Your own private entrance and private porch
- Two antigravity lounge chairs on the porch for resting or a nap
- A new stone fire pit, with wood
- A table in the trees for outdoor meals
- Coosawattee clubhouse gym, pools, and other activities
- Ellijay, the trails, Amicalola Falls, and a local church are on Grounds
- Airport pickup from Atlanta or Chattanooga is $125 each way. Say so when you book. It is not part of the stay total.
