What is here

• King sleigh bed. Luxury bedding. Sleeps two. Bedroom more than 200 square feet.
• Great room. More than 400 square feet, with a table for four, Fire TV, Wi-Fi, and USB charging.
• Full kitchen. Induction cooktop, fridge, and a microwave that also air-fries and bakes.
• Coffee and tea. Keurig, drip, French press, a coffee bean grinder, and a Teavana infuser.
• Prayer room. Set apart for quiet. Shared laundry is available in this room and is yours for the stay.
• Full bath. Stall shower, stacked towels, a few steps off the kitchen.
• Private arrival. Covered deck with two antigravity lounge chairs, own driveway, and a keyless door. A private entrance from the master suite opens onto the porch. You do not walk through the main house.
• Stone fire pit. Wood is there. It is shared; say so if you want the evening to yourself.
• Resort recreational pass included. Three pools (one open year-round), tennis, pickleball, basketball, mini golf, a fitness center, and river parks at Coosawattee. No additional amenity admission charge with your pass; arcade games may require coins. The $59 resort fee is included in your stay.
• Airport pickup. Atlanta or Chattanooga, $125 each way. Say so when you book. It is not part of the stay total.

If you need more rooms

En-suite bedrooms in the main house are available upon request. That is a separate stay. You would walk through the owners' home, so we confirm it with you before anyone books it.

Church and pickup

• There is a local church body. If you want to go with Brenda and Dick, say so.
• Airport pickup from Atlanta or Chattanooga is $125 each way. Say so when you book. It is not part of the stay total.

House rules

• No pets
• No children
• No smoking inside or on the deck
• Two adults. An extra single bed can be added if you ask.
• Three-night minimum
• Feed deer at your own risk. Do not approach or touch them.

Pay and cancel

• Half is due when you book.
• The rest is due the day before you arrive.
• Five nights or more, 10% off the nights. Cleaning and the resort fee stay full price.
• The $59 Coosawattee resort fee is included in your stay total. We collect it with the booking.
• Taxes (15%) are in the stay total.
• Airport pickup from Atlanta or Chattanooga is $125 each way. Say so when you book. It is not part of the stay total.
• Cancel five or more days before check-in and we refund you in full.
• Inside five days, the 50% deposit is kept.
